The delivery charges shown are for the UK. Please contact us if outside the UK for further information and prices
Delivery Schedule - We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days. For Export orders, we will give you the choice of delivery by Air or Sea freight. Any delays will be notified by email.

Some of our items can be very individual and are custom made, these items may take 2 weeks to manufacture and will be sent to you as soon as possible. We will always notify you if this is the case with your order.


Orders - If at any time the item you require is not in stock we will email you immediately to advise when the item will become available, suggest alternatives or offer you a full refund


All shipments must be signed for “UNCHECKED” by the buyer or his agent unless they are checked as “in good condition” at the time of signature. If goods are signed for “in good condition” but not checked at that time then any damage claim will be attempted on your behalf but not guaranteed. If you sign “in good condition” the goods then belong to you.


Damage or shortage must be reported to Vehicle Improvement Products within 24 hours of signing for as received unchecked.
Only stock items can be returned, special order or bespoke items must be paid for in advance and cannot be returned under any circumstances, Vehicle Improvement Products will act as agent only for special orders.

Claims for loss or damage in transit will not be accepted unless we or our carriers are notified within 48 hours of receipt of the package. Damaged goods and packaging need to be retained for examination


CONSUMER CONTRACTS INFORMATION CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES REGULATIONS 2014 states that retail Customers have 14 days to register the request to return goods, this time line point starts the day after any signature at their address. From the day they register the request to return they have 14 days to provide dated stamp or dated proof of postage back to Vehicle Improvement Products. Any returns received outside these criteria will be subject to review by Vehicle Improvement Products management and additional out of pocket expenses may be deducted. All returned goods must be new and unused and fit for resale and in the original packaging


 Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If a refund on goods is given, no original shipping will be refunded to the buyer.
 All Worldwide Retail sales will be regulated under the distance selling regulations of UK, your statutory rights will not be affected.

 

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible, and if we are able to we will cancel the order and issue you a refund. This will be done at the discretion of Vehicle Improvement Products Management
