What type of information we have

The information we collect about you when you place an order or register an account on our site will include your name, e-mail address, delivery address, billing address and the last four digits of your debit/credit card if payment is made using that option on our website. We use this information in order to process orders and run your account, marketing, market research and analysis and to notify you of the status of the order.

We also ask you for your telephone number which would enable us to contact you quickly about your order or account, should we need to.

 

How we get the information and why do we have it

 

We collect the aforementioned information from your account, if one is registered, and orders placed on our website.

We do not sell trade or rent your personal information (data) to others. In order to ensure delivery of your items is done efficiently we may provide a contact telephone number or email address to a courier delivering your goods to you on our behalf, as well as the delivery name and address.

 

Please rest assured that these reputable companies or individuals are not permitted to use this information for any other purposes and they are also required to process any such data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulations 2018.

 

How we store your information

 

We care about the information you provide to us when placing an order and registering an account with us, and as such we take every step possible to ensure that your data is secure and protected while in our possession. Any names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers provided by you are stored on our secure website and then are also stored in our secure cloud based accounts system.

 

We do not keep any card details, card payments are processed on our website via Worldpay so can only ever see the last four digits of the card number on the Worldpay system.  Any payments made using PayPal are handled by PayPal, only the email address relating the PayPal account used would be visible to us.

 

We will only keep the data you give us as long as it is required to complete the activity for which it was given or for legitimate business/legal reasons
