AIRTEC Motorsport Ultimate-Series Front Mount Intercooler for Nissan R35 GT-R

Following an extensive development process spanning the past 2 years, AIRTEC Motorsport are proud to launch its new ultimate-spec large capacity intercooler kit suitable for highly modified Stage 4 and over R35 GT-Rs that require the very highest level of cooling efficiency and performance for track or fast road use.

Our comprehensive kit has been designed, developed and tested in the UK after thorough research. During this time we tried and tested a variety of end tank designs, boost pipe connectors as well as both a tube-and-fin and a bar-and-plate core.

The finished design we chose for optimum performance features 3” formed inlet and outlet pipes that flow freely through custom end tanks into a huge, 110mm deep bar-and-plate core capable of 1,500bhp. The design makes full use of the vehicle’s lower grille area and features an angled air deflector to further aid flow.

It therefore offers a huge increase in surface area and volume over standard, and radically reduces charge temperatures, which is ideal for tuned GT-Rs running increased boost pressures.

The kit fits neatly behind the original bumper but does require modification to the original plastic intercooler surround. The extensive kit is also made up of a 20-piece big boost pipe and hose connector kit, which includes pre-turbo induction pipes and AIRTEC foam air filters, along with all fixtures and fittings needed to install.

Choice of different Blow Off Valve (BOV) options available, see below:

Option 1: Choose to keep the original (stock) blow off valves

Option 2: Upgrade to the Turbosmart Dual Port BOV, an ideal bolt-on performance upgrade to any Nissan GT-R, designed to release higher than factory boost levels, essential for vehicles running stage 4 or above

Option 3: We can modify the boost pipe kit with custom flanges to suit your desired BOV setup (Stock, HKS, Greedy, etc). Please contact us when ordering, as additional charges will apply
