This Seat Leon FR performance exhaust is made in 3"/76.2mm pipework and fits from the turbo backwards (Turbo-back) these exhausts replace the front pipe, centre and rear sections.

This sports cat exhaust will enable you to pass a UK MOT emissions test or police road side checks.

This non-resonated exhaust makes the system louder as it excludes the centre silencer and therefore, has a sportier exhaust note. This exhaust however, is also available as a resonated version (including centre silencer) which is a quieter option.

COBRA SPORT REVIEW

Delivering an even harder performance edge to Seat’s brilliant FR 2.0 FSI are the new Cobra Sport performance exhaust systems. Cobra Sport’s Sales Manager, Matt Thomas says, “The 2.0 FR continues to delight drivers with its superb all-round performance and the Cobra Sport objective has been to further enhance what is a totally involving driving experience. Designed and manufactured to uncompromising standards of quality and excellence the new systems for the FR offer a huge advantage in performance, sound and vehicle aesthetics”.

The outstanding power results are complimented by a significant weight saving. The Cobra Sport cat back system weighs in a huge 28% less than the OE system at only 11.9kg. Great sound comes as standard with Cobra Sport. The unbelievable resonated sound quality is pitch perfect, behind the wheel or on the start line. Yet under load, part throttle or idle the volume is only marginally higher than the standard exhaust recording a +3db increase at idle. The non resonated cat back system recorded a +11.6db increase in sound levels recording a healthy 84.6db on the 4,000rpm static sound test.

Unrivalled quality is the hallmark of every Cobra Sport exhaust. Each exhaust is engineered to the highest tolerances. Mandrel bending of the stainless steel tubes ensures clean airflow. Jig manufacturing and TIG welding procedures ensure great looks and a superlative finish.

The new Seat Leon FR exhaust systems are finished with a choice of highly polished T304 tailpipes to suit all tastes, finishing off the rear of the FR beautifully. Options include 3” twin straight cut tailpipes along with larger 6” x 4” oval slash cut tips.
