Corksport Vacuum/Boost Distribution Block

The CorkSport Vacuum Block enables you to organize your vacuum/boost sources to improve the look of that engine bay. At just over ½ the size of a credit card, the CS distribution block fits just about anywhere so you can decide just how you want to route your vacuum lines. Say goodbye to having to tee into your existing lines for boost gauges, aux fueling controllers, or other add-ons and simply use one of the 7 ports of the CS vacuum block.

Fitment Inspired:

The CorkSport Vacuum Block was designed to maximize the number of ports while remaining very small. Final dimensions are 3.56”x1.25”x0.63”, with the main body being shorter at 2.56”. This is just over ½ of a credit card, or about the size of most key fobs. Combining the small size with the end mounting location gives freedom to mount just about anywhere that uses an M8 or smaller bolt/stud.

Functionality Focused:

Applying a single vacuum/boost source to the CS vacuum block will supply six other vaccum/boost references. This means your BPV, boost gauge, and aux fuel controller lines all can start from the same location without the need for tees or splices.

Build it Your Way:

The seven ports of the CS vacuum block are all 1/8-27 NPT thread size. This is a very common and reliable size for barb, push to connect, and even AN adapter fittings so you can decide what setup works best for your car and be confident you won’t have boost or vacuum leaks. In addition, spacing of the side ports is intentionally varied to give extra clearance for large 90° fittings. We offer two kits, one with plugs only, and another with a variety of barb and push to connect fittings.

Materials and Manufacturing:

The CS vacuum block is precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminum to ensure lasting strength and reliability. After machining, we anodize it black for corrosion resistance and finally laser etch a CS logo for a subtle detail to enhance your engine bay.
