No modifications are required, as long as you are running an OEM handbrake setup.

Is there anything else needed for installation?

No, you can use your existing hardware, also the extenders will arrive as shown in the product photo.

Can I install this myself? If so how long will installation take?

Yes, they are super easy to install and should take around 20 minutes.

What if I'm running R32 or R33 brakes on my S13/180sx?

This will not work as the R32 and R33's run a drum brake and it's a completely different setup.

What if I'm running S14/S15 brakes on my S13/180sx?

Then you'll need to buy the S14/S15 handbrake extender.
