GKTECH S/R CHASSIS BILLET ALUMINIUM EXTENDED DIFF COVER

The GKTECH billet extended diff cover provides an extra 900cc capacity over the standard item and helps with keeping your diff oil at lower temperatures under hard conditions. This item is primarily useful for track use however it is also a very attractive item. From under the rear bumper the diff cover will stand out quite a bit. Our CNC machined billet diff covers are the original and have been making rear subframes pop since 2012.

FAQ'S

Will this fit my car?

We can only confirm fitment for the vehicles listed above under "vehicle compatibility". If your car is not listed there, then we don't know if it will fit.

Do you make these to suit other cars?

We have these to suit the S13 4 bolt subframe, S14/S15/R33/R34 2 bolt subframe, Z33 350z and Z34 370z. We unfortunately don't offer these for any other vehicles at present.

What's the advantage of using the GKTech extended diff cover?

This beautiful piece of engineering provides an extra 900cc capacity over the standard cover. This extra capacity helps regulate diff oil reducing wear of your LSD/bearings.

What modifications are required, is this hard to fit?

No modifications are required, simply just remove and refit.

Is there anything else needed for installation?

No, you can use your OEM hardware, in terms of the cover itself it will arrive as shown in the product photo.

Can I install this myself? If so how long will installation take?

Yes, you will need to remove the diff and simply swap the cover over and fill it back up with oil. This should take around 15 minutes once the diff is out.

Will this fit a GTR diff?

Yes and no, the covers cannot be used with a GTR subframe or with HICAS but will work on a GTR diff fitted in a non-hicas subframe.

Will this diff cover work with a car that has previously been equipped with HICAS?

It will only fit if you have removed HICAS and are running a HICAS lockout kit that doesn't run across the rear of the subframe (from one side to the other)
