GKTECH PATHFINDER DIFF COVER CONVERSION TO Z33/Z34 SUBFRAME COMBO

The Z33 and Z34 OEM diff cover uses a single stud at the rear which is prone to breakage in high grip/hp setups. We make a diff brace which does help but a dual stud cover is the ideal solution. The 05-12 Pathfinder diff cover fits on the Z33 and Z34 diff but unfortunately the subframe doesn't have a provision for a second stud which is why we've made the option of either a bolt in or weld in secondary bush. These also require the use of custom studs which we've also made to make the installation easier.

For best results to be used with solid diff bushes.

Note #1: Steel weld guide is optional as we do include a cardboard template with the diff bush.

Note #2: When using the conversion studs you will have to slightly drill out your diff bushes from 14.5mm to 16.5mm to allow for the shoulder of the stud. This can be done with a hand drill and appropriate drill bit.

Note #3: Diff breather and plugs are not included but your original parts can be re-used. We would recommend purchasing a new diff breaher which is available on the part number 38356-EV00A
