No modifications are required, simply just remove and refit.

Is there anything else needed for installation?

No, the rotors will arrive as shown in the product photo and you can use your existing hardware.

Can I install this myself? If so how long will installation take?

Yes being a simply rotor swap installation should take around 30 minutes. However, being the brake system we recommend only a trained professional to install this product.
