This BMW 320D performance exhaust is made in 2.25"/57.15mm pipework and fits from the centre section backwards replacing the standard rear section with dual exit tailpipes.

This exhaust will only fit with the M-Sport rear bumper and 340i M-Sport lower rear panel which is available directly from the related items section below or separately from your local BMW dealer (Part No. - B51.12.8.054.501).

This cosmetic performance exhaust upgrade is focused on improving the styling of the 320D. The exhaust has been designed to offer a subtle improvement in sound but stay at very similar sound levels to the original exhaust.

All relevant fittings and gaskets are supplied.

Note - The original pipework will have to be cut to enable this exhaust to fit the vehicle.

Cobra Sport have now added the BMW 320D to their ever popular range of dual exit conversions with the launch of a BMW 340i style dual exit conversion. For those seeking to achieve the more aggressive and sporty look of the 340i to the rear end of their 320D, Cobra Sport now offer a dual exit rear box cosmetic upgrade section which makes a bold statement.

This exhaust has been designed to fit neatly with the M-Sport rear bumper and the 340i M-Sport lower rear panel (available separately). Once fitted, the new 320D exhaust system and replacement body panels look entirely at home on the car and gives the 320D a much sportier edge. This conversion which will fit the 2WD & X-Drive models, is the latest in our range of cosmetic upgrades for BMW models and is available as a direct fit rear box section.

Matt Thomas, Cobra Sport’s Sales Manager says “We’ve seen a growing trend of people wanting to achieve the look of the more recognisable 340i’s dual exit exhaust on the more economical diesel model, our dual exit exhaust conversion allows them to achieve the look with this fantastic cosmetic upgrade.

"The Cobra Sport system produces a slightly deeper exhaust tone than the O/E system but keeps sound levels very similar. During the 4,000rpm static test the levels remained the same at 78db and at idle the test recorded only a +2db increase registering 59db."

The new dual exit exhaust for the 320D is finished with a choice of dual 3.5" (88.9mm) inward rolled baffled or inverted highly polished stainless steel tailpipes which further enhance the appearance the car and match the styling of the popular M-Sport models.
