This kit is used to replace the Original AHC suspension system fitted originally by Toyota.

The Toyota Landcruiser 100 series is fitted with a suspension system known as AHC (automatic height control) that uses hydraulic fluid in spheres to control the height and comfort of the vehicle.

Whilst undoubtedly very sophisticated, as it ages, problems can develop which are often very expensive to rectify.

Pedders Suspension recognise this and offer a cost effective solution to any problems you may be having.

Pedders Suspension Landcruiser HD FZJ & UZJ100 IFS Suspension Conversion kit converts 100 series Landcruiser’s from Hydraulic Suspension to conventional Coil and Torsion bar suspension.

This kit includes a pair of front torsion bars, torsion bar re-inforcing plates, rear coil springs, shocks all round, and a set of instructions on how to disable the system that manages the AHC system so that you do not have any warning lights on completion.

As this kit replaces the AHC system with conventional suspension, we offer different variants to suit different needs and uses.

However, the resulting vehicle heights and levels of ride comfort we have described as best as possible, but with the complexity of the AHC system, and the number of different possible faults, how the vehicle currently drives may bear little resemblance to the “as new” operation.

Kit 803202. Pedders AHC Suspension Conversion Kit.

This kit is for those who use the vehicle empty or lightly laden and/or tow moderate loads. Depending on the condition of your AHC system, this kit may normally raise the vehicle by up to 1 inch. Please see below for dimensions. Again, dependant on the current condition of your AHC system, the ride comfort of this kit maybe slightly firmer than the comfort setting with the AHC system. However, most vehicles are not in optimum condition and so replacement often results in an improvement in ride.

Kit 803203. Pedders AHC Suspension Conversion & Lift Kit.

This kit is the same as the above kit 803202, but uses raised rear springs, giving, on average, approx. 2 inches lift.

Kit 803072. Pedders AHC Suspension Conversion Kit.

Heavy Duty Load Carrying & Towing. His kit is for those who regularly carry heavy loads or tow heavy trailers. This kit uses a heavy duty rear shock to better control the loads and forces exerted by the extra weight. Ride comfort when unladen will be firm.

Kit 803093. Pedders AHC Suspension Conversion & Lift Kit.

Heavy Duty Load Carrying & Towing. This kit is the same as the above kit 803072, but uses raised rear springs, giving, on average, approx. 2 inches lift.

Please note our vehicle height measurements are based on 16 inch wheels.

This does not mean it will only fit cars with 16 inch wheels. The kit WILL fit irrespective of wheel size.
