The Volkswagen Transporter T5/T6 might not be quite what you’d expect to see on the show scene. But for those who use their Transporter to accessorize their flashier builds as well as haul heavy loads, Air Lift Performance wanted to create a solution that could both get low, and get the job done.

In the front, we engineered extra-large, double-bellow air springs for all of the load support you could possibly want, and the ride quality you need. These air springs feature an integrated bearing and are paired with height-adjustable, monotube dampers, with 30-levels of adjustability. This set-up utilizes the factory rubber-isolated upper mount, requiring no modifications to the vehicle to install.

Put it all together and you’re dropped down 158mm (6.2″) from stock ride height!

With the rear kit, you get a set of double-bellow air springs, specially engineered to have modular modification opportunities. What does that mean?

This means that these air springs are built with an integrated, adjustable piston and threaded shock bodies, so they can be installed without modifying the spring seat, and will still get you low. But if you want the lowest of low looks, simply cut the spring seat and install the air spring as shipped.

One way or another, we’re getting you down at least 152mm (6.0″) from stock height.

Each Air Lift Performance kit comes with a detailed and fully illustrated instruction manual, helping you to get your car slammed in only a matter of hours. If you can install a stereo, swap out suspension parts, and own basic hand tools, you’ll have no problem getting your air suspension installed.

To ensure the longevity of the kit, all key suspension components have been tested on our hydraulic test rig for more than one million cycles, then tortured at extreme temperatures from -30º F (-34º C) to 150º F (65º C).
